For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The store manager did contact me on the 13th and then left the store before I could call backThe cell phone number he left on my voice mail turned out to be his fax number so I left multiple messages for him at the storeI finally mad contact with him on the 15th of MayWe conversed back and forth and he then told me on the 18th of May that there would be no resolutionThe company will not honor the quote for the bed, it would be full price and no specials are being offered to me, even though there are specials being offered at other Tempur-pedic stores, and they will not honor the coupon from the previous sale in question for the other furniture. I would have purchased the mattress, the frame and 2 living room sets the day I was in the store had the person I dealt with on that second day honored the price quoted. Regards,[redacted]

reconcllation that would satisfy the customer.  We are very sorry Mr. [redacted] was not given the service that all of our valued customers deserve and we will do everything we can to find a resolution both parties are happy with.

Our store Manager Gary [redacted] has finally communicated with Mr. [redacted]. Although there was a misquote from the salesperson (while the store manager was off), had Mr. [redacted] purchased that day the merchandise would have been sold at an error. The store manager caught the error and could not honor the misquoted price. The misquote was on Tempur-Pedic merchandise and we are obligated by contract not to discount Tempur-Pedic so we had no options to discount it for Mr. [redacted]. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and error on our part but at this point there is nothing further we can do as we cannot discount the merchandise the customer had selected due to a contractual legal obligation we as a Company have with the vendor Tempur-Pedic.
