New roof installed by this contractor on my home with counter flashing around brick chimney in November Counter flashing has leaked at chimney since Called 8/9/to request inspection and repair- no response Another attempt at phone contact August - contractor never returned this second call or made any attempt to contact me Leak has deteriorated to the point it is now significant Rain leak today (2-20-18) covers entire front of chimney (which is inside a covered garage) and most of both sides, and puddles on the garage floor Cannot determine extent of leakage on back side of chimney which is over a wall board ceiling inside the house I want this fixed before serious damage occurs

I have saved e-mails and written notes regarding phone contact in 2016 and have written notes of phone message contact in 2017.  At this point I am most interested in fixing the problem and not past contact issues.  The contractor has contacted me regarding resolution, promptly and professionally, and I trust that the issue will be resolved.  We mutually agreed to wait for a day when the rain is sufficient so the contractor can witness the extent and location of the leaks.  Tentatively this is set for Thursday 3/1 or Friday 3/2/18.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
