Dear [redacted] ***, I am sending this letter as response to the complaint made by [redacted] My Regional Manager, Ginger L [redacted] and I have been working at this property since December I can only speak from then to now in regards to Mr [redacted] statements regarding us being non-responsive to his service request or his email correspondences This statement is completely untrue I have attached the service history for his apartment which shows open/close dates of all service request I was able to see that in there were some service request that were not either done timely or not completed as done in the system timely However, as of today Mr [redacted] apartment has no open service request In regards to not responding to his correspondences, this too is untrue I have attached our most recent chain of emails between Mr [redacted] , Ginger L [redacted] and myself I also have over plus email exchanges with Mr [redacted] ranging from December to date if you need further documentation to prove his claim is not accurateThank you for the opportunity to respondLet me know if you have any question Sincerely, Lisa S***, CAMProperty Manager

Dear *** ***, I am sending this letter in response to the complaint made by *** *** in regards to his move out charges and balance owed of $I have attached the move out statement of which he received that list the breakdown of charges. I have also attached the invoice
where we paid a vendor to remove items/trash left as well as cleaning charges. Please review attached pictures and you will see that the damage/cleaning charges are valid. If you need further information or have further questions let me know. I will assume that this issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise. Thank you for the opportunity to respond. *** ***, I see from the response the management admits delays in of my service requests Even though it was new management they inheritied the problems from past management and should have been resolved This shows what I am saying long delays in getting maint done and by the email chain it shows I sent multiple e mails to get basic questions answered It should take one email not several this is why I feel I was ignored True as of today my service requests are done, im unhappy with the timing and delays getting things done since August 2015. I would like an apology from the management from the long delays from and the lack of better communication and response time to my requests and questions I understand they are busy but waiting days for a response is not acceptable in my opinion. Thank you

Our records reflect Ms. [redacted] called back  on 11/29/16 regarding having low water pressure.  Our records reflect this issue was resolved on 12/1/16.  We are a 321 unit property and when I arrived 12/5/16 the property had been operating with 1 service technician for 3 weeks. Hence the reason of delay for service request.  Since, we have hired 3 new service technicians and strive to give timely customer service.   
 
I will assume that this issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise.
