This is a follow up to my last email of October regarding the roofing issue with John WoodsA person from his company showed up at my house last Friday, October 30, without my knowledgeHe looked at the master bedroom ceiling and then when up on the roof and put some sealant downHe told my daughter who happened to be home that this should fix the problem and call the company, if it doesn'tI believe those were his wordsMy daughter thought I knew this person was coming so she didn't ask any questions, I believeShe just assumed he was doing what he told me he would be doing (as I said I did not know he was coming)My handyman was at my house yesterday and I asked him to check to see if he thought it was the mortar or see if he saw anything that I could share with youHe said he didn't think it was the mortar and saw the sealant that was put around the chimneyHe thought this may help but we will have to see if there is any leaks with the next rainHe went into the attic and saw the water stained wood where it had leakedMy next question is if in fact it appears to be the flashing around the chimney which is a roofing issue then I would expect MrWoods to repair my ceiling and wall where the leaks happened inside my houseThank you for your help with this [redacted]

I sent an email to the email listed below. I am not satisfied with his response. I has another leak this weekend. I believe it is the flashing. I would like for him to come over and show me where the morter is the problem. If it truly is the morter than I understand that it is not covered by the warranty. However, if it is the flashing then it will be covered by the warranty.  Thank you for your help with this. I am also surprised that he took over 2 months to reply to my complaint. I work two jobs one as a teacher and the other caring for children to support myself since my husband's passing. I am also helping to take care of my granddaughter who lives with me. [redacted]
