Dear Mrs***, First of all I would like to say, on behalf of Woods Home Improvements, we are deeply sorry that you are not satisfied as we've never had a single complaint in all of the years that we've been in businessWe also installed the roofing system on Mrs***'s
previous home as well & they were completely satisfiedThe roof in question wasn't done on September 25th like Mrs*** stated in her complaintIt was done on September 29th It was a new construction job in which many other companies were working on said property as well as after we installed the roofing system in questionWe found that after we installed the roofing system Mr*** *** along with another contractor were installing siding,soffit & facial on the house & month later we received a call from the ***'s stating that there were some issues with said roofWe took pictures when we finished the roof & we also took pictures of the roof when we went back out because of their call & we found that Mr*** *** & his contactor friend had installed the siding,soffit & facial absolutely wrong & they had accidentally pulled the drip edge away from the house installing those productsWe did fix it all for them & let them know that we would be sending a bill for fixing what Mr*** damaged himselfWe absolutely will not sign a lien waiver until final bill is paidWe are not responsible for the damage that the ***'s, whom aren't licensed contractors caused
