I have reviewed this account and found that this customer had opted-in online interested in medical supplies.  When we spoke to her, she stated that her physician wanted her to test her blood sugar twice a day.  At no point did we coerce or convince the customer that she needed to test her...

blood sugar.  Upon getting the customer's approval, we faxed the physician an order template for approval to determine medical necessity.  We were later informed by the physician's office that the customer is not eligible to receive these products and have since cancelled all fax requests and sent out a notification to the customer advising her of this.  I believe this account was handled appropriately.  If there are further concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
