Customer service is OUTRAGEOUSLY TERRIBLEEmails extremely unprofessional claiming I have given threats, then proceeding to threaten ME with legal action (which had absolutely zero basis)
A direct quote from an email after a request for a receipt was made- "Give me a *** minute." The whole reason I had to request a receipt for payment was because after giving my credit card number and getting my confirmation number I said "thank you very much" the woman said "mhhmm" and hung up
The only threat they received from me was that I would find another company after a month of getting the run around saying (every week) "we should be able to start next week." Be aware that they have zero scheduling process and will show up at their convenience and put in less than 5hrs/day
If you plan to finance, this is especially trueSince they are not immediately receiving all cash (though almost 1/of mine was) you are not even close to a priority
Also check your bill closelyTried to charge me tax prior to taking discounts or updating price for less service renderedLuckily I caught it and saved about $but I can only imagine how many others have paid it unknowingly
