following is our response to *** complaint to the Revdex.com
*** commenced treating at our spa on March 25, She has had over separate treatments on various parts of her body during that time, without incident or complaints, in fact these visits have always been friendly with conversation regarding family, life plans and her college experiences
On Tuesday March 28th 2017, *** came for her scheduled laser hair removal treatment at 2:00pmWhen she arrived she was hostile and agitated prior to being taken into the treatment room, alarming other patients in the waiting area as well as the Sugar Staf* was taken back promptly to avoid further display of anger in front of patients and try to discuss in private what had made her so upsetMany courteous actions were taken to put *** at ease and assure her no matter what her issue was, we would resolve it and make her visit as comfortable as always
Once in the treatment room she insisted that she be treated on a different laser than her mother had been treated withShe claimed her mother had complications with the one we had used on her previouslyThe technician treating *** informed her kindly that due to her skin type (a darker shade) she could not be treated on the laser she was insistent upon using, since it was not designed for use on darker skinWe have multiple lasers at our medical spa used for many different servicesCertified Laser Technicians/Medical Director who work for Sugar Medical Spa are the only persons who have authority to decide what laser a patient is to be treated on
We also advised her we could not discuss her mother's treatment due to HIPPA compliancy issues, but would discuss the matter with her mother later if she desired
*** then became hostile and started shouting and cursing profanities at the technician while demanding she be treated on a laser specific for skin types that are not consistent with *** Fitzpatrick skin type assessmentShe became even more enraged when our technician stood her ground*** then came out of the treatment room in her bra and underwear shouting profanities while on the phone with whom we assumed was her mother since she was talking about "burns", "scarring", etcin a conversation of mixed Farsi and EnglishMost of the English being words that our patients could understand of course in loud heinous shouting
The loud complaints were potentially harmful to our business and concerning to our patientsAs I heard what was transpiring from my office, I came out into the hallway, which is adjacent to our lobby with patients politely waiting, hearing and observing everything that was going onI tried to persuade *** to calmly collect herself and return to the treatment roomOnce in the treatment room I tried to get her to calm down with kind words and reassurance of safety, just as we delivered on her previous visits to our medical spaHowever, her hostility did not cease, but became worse so that I became concerned for my and my staff's safety
I told her if she did not calm down I would have to have her escorted off the property by the appropriate authoritiesThis enraged *** beyond wordsNevertheless, I politely informed her she needed to dress herself and meet me in my office so we could resolve the issue like calm adults, as well as maintaining a calm manner while in the presence of multiple patients who do not need to hear her issues
I offered her a seat in my officeHowever, once she entered she immediately put her hands within inches of my face spitting and shouting so I kindly told her she needed to leave if she couldn't contain herself as we walked towards the doorShe then backed off and insisted she just wanted to get her treatmentI told her that was all we wanted in return and she got up and walked into the treatment room and had her laser treatmentWhile she was in the treatment room I had to take the patients waiting in the waiting room and usher them into the suite used for our nail boutiqueI then had to offer my condolences and embarrassment to the patients who had to witness this completely unnecessary display of anger and hostility*** continued to treat our technician with complete disrespect and rudenessSomething that we have never experienced from one of our patientsOnce the service was complete we did not reschedule her and she left our officeWe reserve the right to refuse service to anyone yet we continued to try and resolve the situation with ***, despite her abuse towards myself and my staff
*** who is Co-Owner to Sugar Medial Spa called *** the day following her treatment to try and hear her side of the story and alleviate any further concerns or displays of hostility and outbursts prior to treatment if she wished to further be treated at our medical spa*** became enraged when she was not given the demands she projected at ***The phone conversation had to be discontinued to *** continued verbal abuse and screaming on the telephone
*** commenced treating at our medical spa on 3/25/and had a total of treatments on multiple areas without incidentThese treatments have all been documentedShe purchased these packages in two separate purchases on a special at more than 75% off the original priceWe have provided excellent care to ***, but we will not continue to treat her based on her actions on 3/28/and her multiple actions to try and hurt our business since then with her online postings
In regards to her claim that her arm was closed in the office door at our medical spa and "was swollen for days following and she experienced pain", that is a bold face lieWe had patients in the waiting room and there were laser technicians and myself there that day and I can obtain statements from them if necessaryIf as *** claims, her arm was shut in a door by myself, why would she have gone into the laser room for her treatment instead of calling the police and filing assault charges? It's because it never happened
As to her claims that we have our patients sign "contracts", I am assuming she is referring to our patient consent formsThese are forms such as HIPPA compliance information, medical information, past surgical history/current medications, Skin Type, Laser Hair Removal Consent, Laser Hair Removal Pre and Post Instructions, etcThe said forms are for our patient and our office personnel's safety and are standard in medical spas
In regards to a resolution to this issue, *** is no longer under our care for any medical spa servicesThe packages she paid for in full have been fulfilled completelyOur year guarantee states that patients may return every 6-weeks for up to years as needed for touch ups if there is any regrowth after the 6th treatments are completedThis is a free service at no cost to the patient
However, given *** mistreatment of our staff, and her hysteria in front of patients, as well as her and disparaging remarks on ***, *** and now to the Revdex.com, which have done damage to our business' good name, which has consistently been star ratings on all websites, we refuse to allow her any further access to our facility and refuse to award her for her abusive conduct in the way of any compensation
While we appreciate your diligence in attempting to mediate this matter, this is a case of customer abuse of a business, not the other way aroundWe have patients and technicians ready to provide statements if necessary to back up our side of this issueWe have been in business for years with an outstanding reputation in the Reno community and we look forward to remaining one of the safest and most effective locations in Reno for medical spa services

I did not have treatments! That is a lie, I only had treatments! They make up all kinds of lies to make themselves look good! When I arrived at the spa that day, there wasn't even anybody there! I didn't even talk to a single person upon my arrival! I don't even know how these people can lie to easily! I wasn't hostile and I wasn't mad, I got ready and started putting ice on my bikini area! I didn't even complain or talk to anybody till they refused to do my treatments and wasted my time was when I got very upset! I already knew that I won't get anywhere with these people! They are bad mouthing about the clients to other patients to gather positive reviews and you can go on yelp to read about the stupid dramas that they could avoid only by apologizing and even offering partial refund! I only have done treatments for my package Of treatments that I bought and I have got no touch up! I wasn't even to that point! Those treatments That is a lie and they know! It's just for the public eye! Because they want to say we did more than we even should! Logically if I had treatments even more than the package I bought, why they hell would I file a complaint! I asked them for my money and they refused to even give me my remainder so I told them I put up a review and they didn't care! I put a review and told my story, I didn't even make a single lie! They are upset I put reviews up they brought that upon themselves! They could resolve the issue instead of yelling and kicking their clients out! I would be glad to talk to those patients that they claim are going to back them up because I know how these people can lie about a lot of things! How can I talk to patients when I am naked and icing myself and getting ready for my treatments? Lol nobody can put reviews anywhere because it's a violation of the terms and conditions! If those are why don't they do anything about them? Lol she never offered me a seat in her office, she didn't even come up and talk to me I went to her office! The owner herself was yelling, even one of the girls in the spa said The owner was so mad, I agree! That is fine, I wanted to resolve this matter without going to court but it seems impossible with these people! They can make all kinds of lies as they wish, at the end of the day I am not running a business they do!

That is funny how manipulative these people are! I basically had to chase them down for my medical record and ended contacting the police department to discuss with them how I can get my records since they originally blocked my number and wouldn't answer any of my calls and one of their employee denied my request when I called and was so rude that I terminated my call, but anyway after a lot of trouble they had no choice but to provide me with my recordThey lied when they said I had treatments obviously, they are still lying by saying I had all of my treatments! I have separated all of the times and dates that I walked in and out their salon and I have had total of treatments! they don't wanna issue a refund no problem, I will seek a legal actionI thought I can resolve this matter without taking a legal action! The person who did my treatment and the physician that I never saw by the way signed bunch of papers after each of my treatment on my behalf (no signature of me on those paper, never in fact seen those papers) that I was very satisfied after each treatment and everything went fine and those treatments were working on me LOL if the treatments were working it's funny how I ended with so much hair after those treatments! I will be uploading a picture on yelp to my review showing that those claims on my behalf were false! I mean honestly proving that these people are lying is not a difficult thing to do especially now that I have all my recordsThey can lie as much as they want, even the day of my incident there was no one in their spa and I don't have time to scare their clients or I don't care, I believe a negative review of an honest story will make a difference and I have never threaten these people, they want to make me look like a trashy customer they don't know what they are doing is showing their horrible customer service! honestly all I can say is people need to stay away from this business because all of the allegations they make against their clients if something went south

We received an email from *** requesting medical records and have provided those to her in a timely mannerSince her medical records are complete with all forms we originally stated including the different body areas separated for treatment due to her request for comfort totaling treatments on every body area purchased, we will not be issuing a refundThere are also extremely detailed notes on each of her visits and the wonderful experience she had up until her last visit which she instigated before entering the treatment roomThe day of the incident in our office, the treating technician also made notes regarding her hostile manner and the threats she made to us and in front of our other clientsThis is a case of customer abuse against a business and we are aware that the Revdex.com is trying to resolve this issue as a neutral medium however, we feel there is no resolve with *** since she is requesting a refund for services already provided and our year guarantee for touch ups is complimentary as stated on the invoice she has copies ofSince she acted with such hostility in our office she is not allowed to receive treatment because she is a liability in regards to being treated medically by our staffWe appreciate the Revdex.com's time regarding this matter

I moved into this apartment complex three months agoRight after I moved in I noticed my dishwasher was not workingI requested that the dishwasher be replaced, because I was told the unit was newly renovatedThe manager did not replacement, he sent management to attempt to fix itThe attempt failed, and weeks later he sent a professional to fix itThat also did not workA month went by before the problem got so bad the water and residue starting backing up into my sinkI asked management to send a plumber, and again he ignored my request and sent in the on site maintenanceMaintenance told me that he could not fix the problem, and that multiple other units were experiencing the same problemI brought this up to the manager, he called me a liar, AND told me I would be charged for the services and repairs

We have resolved complaint # *** with Mr***At the time of this complaint, the refrigerator was in the process of being repairedLast week, the refrigerator was replaced and there are no current issues requiring attention. We regret that the repair was not as fast as originally

I am responding to the complain # ID *** My name is Rick, I am the manager at Woodside Apartments With regards to the complaint that I received from Revdex.com for a broken dishwasher. The dishwasher was working when he moved into the unit We check that all appliances are in
good working condition before it is rented. The tenant alerted me the dishwasher was not working on February 1, while paying his rent As for protocol I sent the resident maintenance guy to try to fix it When that didn't work, I had a professional look at on Feb 2, After the professional left it was reported working I did not hear that there was another problem until the tenant called me to say that his drain was plugged On March at 9:PM the tenant called me and said his kitchen drain was plugged That same night, our maintenance guy was called in to fix but could not unplug The following day at approximately 10:AM the plumber was here and fixed the plugged drain While reporting that his drain was plugged the tenant reported that his dishwasher wasn't working againHe was very upset and wanted argue I did not oblige himI guess what prompted his complain to Revdex.com Once again I had the resident maintenance guy look at it and found a faulty motorI called a professional for repairs The service guy came out but the tenant was not home, despite them knowing I had a service person coming within a declared window of timeI called them and they requested a new service date The tenant requested date was two days later (Indicating to me there was not real rush for the service he insisted on)We were charged for this service call and typically should be charging the tenant for this missed call, but are not. When the service guy came again at the tenant requested time The tenant didn't answer the door and service was going to leave It took me to call his wife and get him to answer the door This tenant has a dog and the service guy is afraid of biting dogs We asked that the dog be put in a room to which he became extremely agitated He did finely put the dog away and let us in. As it turns out the dishwasher needed to be replaced A new one is being delivered and installed in a day maybe two. I have service day receipts to back up all my comments. To sum up, the situation has been solvedI trust this very volatile and confrontational tenant is satisfied with his new dishwasherHe has very much over reacted to situations in apartment building protocol His not reporting to me that there was an issue is something I could only act on if I had knowledge of the problem.
