We called the patients insurance to get a breakdown of benefitsThe insurance states there is no guarantee of paymentIt is unfortunate that the insurance didn't pay as anticipatedIn past treatment that the patient has had, the insurance actually paid more them expected and we issued a credit balance back to the patientWe do our very best to provided benefit breakdown to our patients to the best of our ability based on what is given by the patients insurance provider

I am rejecting this response because:
They should have called insurance the day of treatment and made sure the coverage before quoting me a price and not estimate without calling and making sure the price.. I wouldn't have paid over 300 dollars for this service had I known true price on this service..

Review: I went in for services in November.. I had some teeth pulled out and they offered me a plate that had fake teeth so that I wouldn't be walking around with missing teeth.. they told me that it would cost 200 for it so I agreed to it since I thought it wasn't too much and ok I agreed to that price.. then in late January I get a bill for 131.95 and I thought this bill with them was done since they require the customer to pay in full the day of services.. si I called and they told me that the tooth plate they made for me.. the insurance didn't cover their portion there for I was responsible for the difference. . And I told them that I wouldnt have paid over 300dollars for it that why didn't they make sure of the coverage and price before they offered me this..I asked if they had called the insurance to make sure and she said no.. I wasn't to happy about this and the office manager said they wouldn't do anything about it and that I was stuck with this bill.. I don't agree.. when services are offered they must call insurance and find out the exact price it is going to cost so that me as a customer can agree or disagree with the price.. I just feel like im forced to pay for something that was more than what they said.. had I known the correct price I don't think I would have gotten this..Desired Settlement: I don't want to have to pay for this since it was their responsibility to let me know how much it would cost exactly.. and not tell me a different price when I was there and then surprised me with a bill 2 months later.. I thought this bill with them was settled when I first went in..

We called the patients insurance to get a breakdown of benefits. The insurance states there is no guarantee of payment. It is unfortunate that the insurance didn't pay as anticipated. In past treatment that the patient has had, the insurance actually paid more them expected and we issued a credit balance back to the patient. We do our very best to provided benefit breakdown to our patients to the best of our ability based on what is given by the patients insurance provider.
