I am rejecting this response because: We received a reply from the Sales Director of Woodside and he is assuring us that the bathtub will be repaired, not replaced, to 100% satisfaction as if there was never a grapefruit sized hole cut in the wall. I would still like to request a credit be given to our closing costs for the insulting customer service and unprofessional work practices that have been going on for 3 months. Thank you, [redacted]

Since I received keys in September I have had multiple issues with a large quantity of items in the home that were due to builder malice, ignorance and shame full ethics The customer service is ridiculous and I constantly have to follow up with the warranty department to get things fixed, vendors contacted, jobs completed For example I have had my side fence knocked down and replaced times over the course of months and it's still not finished I am still waiting for them to plant a shrub that was missing during the initial landscape installation I noticed it months ago and for some reason they have yet to return, even with a multitude of emails and phone calls I was forced to miss a day's wages at work to meet a vendor that was not supposedly available on the weekend, who didn't end up showing and they had to send a replacement on Saturday I am so sick of this company and they act like they absolutely do not care I spent a lot of money on a brand new home and I
