At this time, I have been contacted directly by Pace BMW regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They posted a response to a negative post I made on their *** We bought a second BMW from them in August 2015, they have all my contact information including email and phone number but they posted on *** asking me to get in touch with them I have had allergy flare *** and haven't had a chance to talk with them, will communicate to see if this can be resolved

Hi,Here is the contract The clause is hidden on page # It was neither mentioned nor brought to our attention that there is a STATE SPECIFIC clause for the purchase of the Maintenance contract We were simply told "** *** ** *** ** *** * *** *** *** **
*** *** ** ***" We were misinformed and mislead about the nature of the contract that we were given so little time to sign.Thank you***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.Out of the $2,695 I have been refunded $1,500.  Pro-rata would have been $2,000 approximately, but I am happy that [redacted] called me personally and he was very nice and understanding.Thank you,
