RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me It is true that we requested will call pick up in the email below sent on 12/as a plea to pick up our prints in time to distribute them for Christmas: Hello I called this morning to follow up on our order and had learned that it was still in production and will not be arriving prior to ChristmasAs you can imagine (smaller items) of our pieces happen to be Christmas presentsIf there's a chance they'll be ready and we can pick them up from your Irvine location we would love that opportunity Either way I need some sort of an update so I can have a backup plan Thank You, WE NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM THE BUSINESS SO I ASSUME WE SHOULD HAVE READ THEIR MINDSI finally contacted someone at wood snap on 12/and they told me that my order was shippedThe provided me with an email that contained a tracking numberWhy would I have received this response if my order was set up for will call? I continued to attempt to call the business on a daily basis after receiving no tracking updates and finally got a hold of someone yesterday when I was informed that my order was at their facility I did pick up my prints yesterdayI was informed in person and by email that the business would refund my shipping charges and charges for the 3- small prints I purchasedHello ***, Will you please refund small prints and shipping on this order :) So far I have only received credit for shippingI will be satisfied when the 3- small prints are credited as wellWood Snap provides an excellent product but communication and customer service leave a lot to be desired Regards, [redacted] ***

After reviewing order, noted that customer contacted us on 12/21/requesting to pick up order and not have it shippedOrder completed on 12/and has been sitting in office awaiting pick up by customerOrder was picked up by customer on 1/12/at around 4:pm

1.  It is true that we requested will call pick up in the email below sent on 12/21 as a plea to pick up our prints in time to distribute them for Christmas: 
Hello
I called this morning to follow up on our order and had learned that it was still in production and will not be arriving prior to Christmas. As you can imagine 3 (smaller items) of our 4 pieces happen to be Christmas presents.
If there's a chance they'll be ready and we can pick them up from your Irvine location we would love that opportunity. 
Either way I need some sort of an update so I can have a backup plan.

2. I finally contacted someone at wood snap on 12/30 and they told me that my order was shipped. The provided me with an email that contained a tracking number. Why would I have received this response if my order was set up for will call?
3. I continued to attempt to call the business on a daily basis after receiving no tracking updates and finally got a hold of someone yesterday when I was informed that my order was at their facility. 
4. I did pick up my prints yesterday.
5. I was informed in person and by email that the business would refund my shipping charges and charges for the 3- small prints I purchased.

Will you please refund small prints and shipping on this order :) 
So far I have only received credit for shipping. I will be satisfied when the 3- small prints are credited as well.
Wood Snap provides an excellent product but communication and customer service leave a lot to be desired.

After reviewing order, noted that customer contacted us on 12/21/15 requesting to pick up order and not have it shipped. Order completed on 12/30 and has been sitting in office awaiting pick up by customer. Order was picked up by customer on 1/12/16 at around 4:00 pm.
