In response to the complaint in sequence of complaint, irrelevent points will not be addressed.Lower slab has minimal slope due to threshold height of walkout door and height of existing subsurface drain. Customer knew conditions before pour and failed to address, we cancelled original pour to allow customer to address. Water does not drain towards structure as we have pictures and video of such. (If there is a warranty issue we will be happy to schedule a time to inspect and address any issues. We have tried to schedule a time to inspect to no avail. We can attach emails in sequence of attempts to schedule.We have pictures of both pads along with waterproof membrane installed.The upper pad may have some leaf staining due to the time of year and location as in pictures after broom finish applied 10-12 leaves are present.Waterproof paint has never been used by woodson waterproofing, a liquid membrane was applied as per contract, contract never specified a black membrane,or any color.I am not aware of any HUGE crack that was not addressed,however there was issues brought up that customer did not want to repair.No crack work was included in contract and all newly discovered cracks were over and above said contract and have benn noted in company records.

I want to provide some clarifications to my complaint:I have reviewed the contract and it did say "liquid membrane".  This is not what was discussed at the time of the signing of the contract.  We discussed a black waterproofing membrane.  However, a paint is what was actually used in...

the project: a white waterproofing paint.The business requested the inspector's report which was provided to them.  The business was going to forward it to their attorney.The business has stated that they would revisit the project in Spring of 2017.  However, I wanted a specific scheduled time as well as an outline of what would be done at this visit but they have not responded to my requests.  Their only response is in general and not a specific date and purpose as I have been requesting.

addressed and is the sole reason for the wall collapse and the other failing walls.should there be any seepage getting past waterproofing system we would be happy to correct the problem. No warranty was implied on seepage through wall concrete was was filled and rebar installed mr.[redacted] mentioned filling wall with liquid membrane in complaint,this Is confusing and and I will have to reference signed contract,however we did and do apply a liquid membrane to the exterior side.we have  went over and above all contractual agreement.
