I am rejecting this response because:Hello ***, If you read their response she said all took care of in timely manner but they are missing the point that it's health issues and they had to do the pest control test in their first visit because I am paying attention to the ceiling after this termite thing came out and I saw pest control treatment was done on the ceiling before we started living in this apartmentTermite started now in the other corner of the bedroom which I don't care because I went to Washington and came back to vacant their apartment2nd thing she mentioned that their was a clean AC Filter which was installed a day before their inspection, so sure it was clean and I have a voicemail record where she said we were in your apartment to put a AC filter and then I got a call again after 3/days that we want to inspect the termite if it's back or notI told them this whole situation is out of my control so I chose to live in WA until their lease is over which is at the end of this month3rd thing I read on their response that they talk to harpreet and her response was this and that, first of all my name is *** and we are not moving any where from this area because we moved in this apartment because my husband's job was moved here from WA to CA so asking for early dismissal of the lease is totally lieWe bought a house in Eastvale which is still under renovation but we have to move their because here our lease is overMy husband works for Boeing and I have all the records for staying here in this area to prove that we are not movingI am not sure where should I write my response soI am emailing you directly but please let me know if there is any other appropriate way to response regarding this issueI am sending you photos here to let you know how bad it wasI can upload a video too if it's possible

We would have wanted to rectify the problem the first time, if we were able to identify the problem. When the resident called she indicated that there was a little hole in her bedroom and she was seeing red particles. When my Service Manager, [redacted], went to take care of the request on that day, he was not able to find it because the hole had been taped with translucent tape. There were no signs of red particles or debris anywhere. The resident had cleaned it up. Had we seen any droppings or termites during that time, we would of immediately called a pest control technician out. Our service team are not pest control certified. Therefore, would not have the experience or knowledge to determine if there were termites involve. He would also not be certified to treat it. As for any health issues, we have spoken and confirmed with two pest control companies that they both agreed that it there are no evidence of any hazard issues. Termites do not have a direct or negative impact on the health and safety. They do not pose any danger to humans. To get additional clarity and confirmation, I will include our pest control information.

Although, we regret any termites existence in her apartment, we feel that we acted promptly in rectifying the issue.
