Unfortunately, some internal confusion between our Value Center location and our delivery department caused a delay in the scheduling of this delivery resulting in a longer than lead time on the delivery of this customer's items The delivery fee that the customer originally paid will
be refunded at the time of delivery which is scheduled for 5/11/

When Mrs [redacted] initially informed us of her issues with her mattress, our Value Center staff requested that she email them photos of the mattress, the foundation, the law tags on them, and of the support system under her box spring as the mattress manufacturer requires that we submit these photos...

to them in order to process a warranty claim.  She later returned to the store with some of the photos and [redacted] (the store manager) explained that he had to have all of the photos to submit the claim per the manufacturer's warranty guidelines.  Each time she returned to the store there after, she still did not have all of the photos that we needed to submit the claim.  Customer mattress warranty claims are something that we deal with on a semi regular basis as we sell hundreds of mattresses a month and we generally do not have any trouble getting the photos submitted from the customer or with the warranty claim process in general.  Mrs. [redacted] was contacted by us today 5-19-14 and we will be scheduling for one of our delivery teams to stop by her home and inspect her bed and mattress which are both still covered under the manufacturer's warranty.  We will happily remedy any issues that she is having that are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
