Kareo has been and continues to be the absolute worst "billing" company I have ever dealt withThey have cost our practice thousands of dollars in later filing, denials, angry pts who receive bills when they shouldn't, adding or changing our coding without consulting our office, absolutely ZERO communicationWhen I finally was able to get in touch with someone today (after waiting for months!!) I was told "well we aren't professional coders, what do you want?!" Are you kidding me?!?! If you are in the market for a billing company...STAY AWAY FROM KAREO!!!!
I got a car with them in October 2015 2 weeks after having my car the motor had to be replaced! Now I have to kick out 2600 on getting a transmission. I really don't recommend this place to no one they selling lemon cars I had a loaner car while my car was being fixed it also had problems.if the warranty companies knew what they where doing I think they would be out of business!
