I have received you letter on Oct 6ThThe customer has been removed from all contact listsWe do not use a marketing company Somehow, either by coming to our site, trade show listing, price quote etcthe customers information was added to our contact filesWe do 1, yes price list fax to those customers that are in that listIf he received more than one fax, then that was because he was listed more than one time Which was the case when I went in to remove his informationAs far as the phone calls go He called me the first time..and when I answered he hang up I then called back, he grilled me about the faxes Said he was going to sue me and hang upAfter I researched his info on our data base I called just to let him know that I had found his information and had removed it all He would not even listen and hung up That was the only call I have made

I am rejecting this response because: I never heard of WoodStove-FireplaceGlass.com until I began receiving Marketing Facsimiles in AugustI never visited their web site, never looked at a trade show listing, never asked for a price quote. I followed the instructions on how to have my number removed after every facsimile but they never stoppedI finally tried calling this company and got a voice mail message so I decided to call back laterNo one answered so how can he say I hung up on himHe did call back and I tried explaining Facsimile Marketing is Illegal in UtahHe was not willing to listen to me, only coming up with excuses, so I got very passionate about the issue and gave him ultimatumsThis type of Marketing is Illegal in Utah and has been for decades nowSince he claims to have no Marketing Company, then his ignorance is no excuse for having broke a Utah State Law, not once, but repeatedlyI have attached three of these Marketing Facsimiles that I could findI do not recall the total number of Facsimiles received, but one is one too manyI guess he is too busy sending these Marketing Facsimiles to notice those who have followed the instructions on how to have their Fax Numbers removed from his listsI never requested anything from this company or individual except to have my number(s) removed, repeatedly!
