Dear [redacted]:I’m writing in response to the above referenced claim. In March of last year the homeowner reported a leak at her master bath sink. The plumber fixed the leak and we scheduled to have the master bath cabinet reskinned. When the cabinet company showed...

for the scheduled service the homeowner brought up other issues with regard to cabinet discoloration and also requested that all cabinets be reskinned in the home. The homeowner stopped the cabinet company from doing any repairs unless all cabinets were fixed. I was then contacted to meet with the homeowner to review her cabinet concerns. It was determined that the solution she was using to clean the cabinets was causing the issue with the discoloration. It was also determined that the warping underneath the other cabinets was caused by the homeowner leaving wet sponges/rags. The homeowner did not like my response and kicked me out of her home. She has continued to contact us to have all cabinets addressed. We are not in agreement and will not proceed.Sincerely,
Skip D
