Since we are a satellite store of Woodsy’s Music, I wanted to(as per your suggestion) include some pertinent information regarding this situation for accuracy. Our customer here in Medina “signed” a lesson contract...

with us(which we have) that stated our policies regarding music lessons provided here at the store. At the time the customer claimed that services “were paid for but not rendered”, many attempts were made to provide the services that were paid for with no response from the customer(including not showing up for the scheduled lessons in question). Additionally, the customer contacted us “3 months” after the fact seeking a refund. I simply wanted your office to have this information.
