We were shorted to cabinets after signing an agreement to cover all cabinets pictured in a clear drawing and spreadsheet.
*** was supposed to get back to myself or my husband to resolve an issue concerning our project not getting completed due to a mistake on their end. We sent pictures, a spreadsheet, and explained all the cabinet doors needed. It would be clear to anyone. We were quoted, agreed, then were two doors short. The two doors were for a fold out cabinet which was written out clearly with the quantity on the picture and spreadsheet we gave, so when we agreed to pay for the job, this was included. Myself and my husband talked to the woman who answers the phone and manages social media. She clearly never understood the situation. My husband talked to , who said he would call back after reviewing our communications, and he never called back. The customer service here is frustrating. The lack of professionalism is unacceptable. We now have two cabinets uncovered. We tried to resolve this through open communication, but they will not communicate with clear understanding of the issue.
As paid for, all cabinets pictures in the picture and spreadsheet should have been provided, as that was agreed upon. I expect two additional doors free of charge. This was not our mistake, it was of your company.
Company is exceedingly difficult to work with. They refuse to complete work that should have been completed by November 2019 and it is now January.
Company will not do final touch up to fix paint runs on cabinets and wood in our kitchen
Company will not complete work during normal business hours
Company has taken full payments and will not finish work
Cabinet doors and drawers that are supposedly new are not aligned and do not roll smoothly
Company has threatened to charge fees for final touch ups unless we agree to their specific and demanding after hours schedule
Company when confronted with this issue gets combative and refuses to work with or talk to home project managers
Company does not understand customer service or how to treat customers

refused to show up regularly and finish the job in a timely manner. His work was sloppy and ultimately unacceptable. He does not do what he says he will do.
