While folks from WoodWaves have notified me that they would refund the fees and charges, and that they have initiated a conversation with their credit card processors, I have, at the time of this writing, NOT received the refundsWhile I wish to accept their word, I have no way to trust that the word be kept, As such the my complaint remains open.

The company has told me the same thing- plus, their credit card processor will respond to me directly. that any vendor takes 3 months to process a refund is unbelievable, and perhaps is a reflection of hoe unimportant the customers are to them. very disappointing experience.

Our customer is still waiting for the refund, which is still being processed by the financial institution. The process can take up to a maximum of 80 days. It can take until early February.Thank you,[redacted]
