NegativeI was a customer and subscriber of their Video and DVD CollectionsIn the fall of I tried to unsubscribe from this service as I no longer had use for their DVD'sAfter letter and calls to customer service I thought I was finally unsubscribed from the serviceAbout months later I started receiving DVD's in the mail again and then subsequently billing statements saying my account was past dueI did not request that my subscription be renewed not have I accepted receipt of any of these DVD's - marking them as REFUSED and RETURN TO SENDERThe DVD's and the statements keep coming unsolicitedOn 3/26/I wrote a formal letter requesting they cease and desist all mailings and remove my contact information completely from their recordsI feel their business practices are unethical, possibly illegal and bordering on harassment
