Review: The contractor Charles "Chuck" M[redacted] was hired to fix a house that had a fire on February of 2014 located at [redacted]. The contractor was supposed to repair the first and second floor, and also install 2 new boilers and 2 new gas furnaces/heaters for the 2 floors. But until now, January 30. 2015, 11 months later the repairs needed are not done. We asked him numerous times on when he would be done with his work but he always made excuses ranging from worker issues to sickness issue. Not much work was done at the house when we inspected last month, December 2014. The tenant in the first floor already filed a complaint against me for not having heat to the City of Newark and I had to attend the court for it.Desired Settlement: We gave him a check of $7,000 in August of 2014 which he cashed on that same very month. We would like a full refund of the said amount.
