Review: We entered into an agreement with Mr Ed Dixon to design our new sun room and deck, with the objective being that Mr. Dixon would also be the builder. We paid $500.00 for his designing purposes, which was never completed. My last 3 emails to him were not acknowledged. It was our understanding that work would begin on or about March 1. The contract we signed was for the design phase, but we did not receive a completed design, which we should have received before March 1.
