The response by Woodworth Motors gets us back to square one and the reason for my initial complaint. I was initially told to bring my vehicle in for for a free diagnostic but that I would have to pay any repair cost. The seat warmer was only half fixed, like I said in my initial complaint which I will not reiterate. It took me bringing in my car three times before it only half worked. This is my last attempt to come to resolution and that is to complete the repair to full function of the seat warmer. If the response is a refusal to fix it free of charge I will have to litigate this matter.

Thank you for the info. I will get a refund check mailed to the customer for the amount of 119.95. Sorry for any inconvenience.
We will look at the car again. After we diagnose the car I will evaluate what we can do for the customer.
