Dealership refuses to follow through with the warranty I purchased and knowingly sold me a defective car I purchased a certified pre-owned Ford Focus in June from Woody Anderson Ford and an extended warranty covering my car up to 143,miles and was told by my car salesman [redacted] and the financial advisor, ***, that I "wouldn't pay a penny on any repairs" until I had exceeded the mile limitWithin a week I heard a grinding noise when I accelerated, so I took it in to Woody Anderson's service center for transmission issues in July They told me they couldn't "recreate" the noise in the car so they couldn't test it for anythingI took the car to my own mechanic who told me my front right wheel bearing was rusted out & needed to be replaced and the transmission noises were not normalI took it back to Woody Anderson's service center in Aug again for transmission issues and mentioned the wheel bearingThey did not look at the bearing at all (I was present

An inaccuracy was reported on my credit reportI spoke to Mr F [redacted] at Advatage and agreed that the derogatory report was to be deletedI had a verbal assurance with both himself and the primary customer relationship person I spoke withHowever the report was re submitted to Equifax last week in spite of our agreement to pay for deletionI trust this was a clerical error and will be correctedI am happy to update once this issue has been corrected

On 2/I received notification of an oustadding debt with the companyI was told if I did not pay they would file a garnishmentI verified the bill was mine and paid that dayI dealt with Pat V [redacted] who was polite and told me that he would send me a reciept and that everything would stopOn 2/the advantage group filed to garnish my wages and on 2/notified my employer to garnish my wagesAt this point Pat V [redacted] said it was a mistake and they would fix itI asked for his supervisorDani who has been nothing but rude and blaming the court yet as of today they are still trying to garnish my wages

I feel like I was purposely mistreated after purchasing from Woody Anderson

This company keeps calling my cell number about a collection,but refuses to identify who they wantThe recorded message states that if I'm not the person in question,that I need to call an individual listed in the message and basically state that I'm not the person they are looking to contactI have put the number that is listed on my call reject,but they still call at all hours,leaving the same recorded messageThey never identify who they are calling about,only " that because of privacy concerns,they can't identify who they are calling about" I find this high unethical and quite suspiciousI recently got this phone number as a package deal with my wife's mother,who owns the phone contractShe is also years oldNeither my,or my wife's number is listed under our namesThis leads me to believe that this issue involves a previous owner of the phone numberIf they would actually ask for an individual by name,I'd be more inclined to return their call and tell them I'm not the on

Mr*** *** states he has paid Woody Anderson Ford approximately $since July to repair his Ford ExplorerThe check engine light is still on

I have contacted The Advantage Group about sending a receipt of the amount due that I had paid forThe Customer service representative has neglected to send a documented PAID statement, to meEvery time I have called they have been extremely rude and refuse to send a copy of the PAID statementWithout the receipt I cannot restore my credit on my credit report in order to buy a house

I used to be a loyal customer of Woody AndersonI've bought two cars from them but will never go backIn October, I had my car towed there after an accident and was told it would be ready in daysI called in days and it hadn't even been looked atI was going to have it moved, and they gave me a free rental so I stayed with themIt took forever, but I got it backLater, the AC brokeI made an appointment, took it in, and got a rental car againThey didn't get to it for several days so I complained about the rental and was promised it would be taken care ofEventually, they realized that the AC problem was from the accident and fixed it for no chargeThen I got a bill for the rental carI called and called, and the service person got back to me after about a weekHe promised it would be taken care of, but it wasn'tI called again, was promised again, then one more time and it was supposed to be done by the following morningI took it to management today because the credit card bill was due, and no one got back to meI've never been treated so horribly especially by someone who has profited from my purchase of two cars! There are so many issues and violations I don't even know where to startThis issue doesn't fit into one single category
Initial appointment for repair was set for 8/8/(- weeks from the date the appointment was set) I informed them that my car probably wouldn't make it to the appointment date
7/16/- called and left VM for assistance as several messages for *** *** (my assigned service advisor) were not returned

McKayla T*** (sp) at ###-###-#### called my mother, who gave her my #, about a service at "** *** ***" (no longer in business) for my son ***She stated I owe something like $(didn't note exact amount) from a service in I asked her to send me an itemized billShe stated they had already sent me a bill in in April 2014, for service 4/19/& that showed late on 9/15/14, so they wouldn't send another to my addressI suggested that no one would find it reasonable that a stranger calls me, says I owe them $, then expect I give them my credit card over the phone to pay said supposed bill by a defunct business from years ago, without providing proof

The Advantage Group website is horrible There is no way to get information or pay a bill I tried to verify that the charges they were trying to recover from us were legitimate, but could not find any evidence I refuse to pay bills that I did not incur

There was a remaining balance due on a medical bill I received in that I was unaware of for $The medical group I paid my bills through had assured me that all of my accounts were paid in fullThere were supposedly also unaware of this charge because it was already in collections and out of their handsTherefore, I was never notified of this charge from the medical company or the advantage groupThis account has been accruing interest since totaling over $dollarsThat is nearly four times the original balanceI am not liable for the accrued interest because of this companies negligenceWithout proper notification it is fraudulent to charge interest on an account balance I was not made aware of for the past years
