Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that the email reaponse to my mother did not address my concerns of wanting to see the damage report on the stains on the carpet being made by tenants other then ourselvesAs well as I would like proof via invoces to show that woodys actually used the money they took from us to fix the houseMy problems have not been resolved until I see those papersI know what the stains look like because they were there when I moved in and those are the so called "pictures" they provided to me and my motherAll they did was simply state I made them worse when in fact I did notKeep the money for the blindsI could careless but dollars for stains I didn't cause are what I'm having an issue with Regards [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The person I spoke to was rude and unhelpfulI needed to discuss these charges immediately and she refusedI even spoke with her about the fact that we were charged for damages in the basement and did not lease the basementShe refused to even look to see if this was correctI needed information immediately and was given zero options besides writing them a letterI needed information immediately and she gave me only one option which was not possible for me at the timeI do not feel comfortable nor trust this companyShe gave me an option to write a letter so she would no longer have to talk to meIf she is the manager then she should have the authority to discuss the charges with me not make me wait weeks so they can look over a letter and then possibly get back to meI know I am not the first person to have this issue with Woody's InvestmentsI request that they further be looked into for fraud against college studentsThey understand that we do not have a lot of disposable income and easily take advantage of usThere many poor reviews and Revdex.com Score prove thisWoods Investments is continuously taking advantage of students because they canThis company must be investigated and held accountable for their greed and crookednessThey charge people for damages in the house and then never actually fix themThis allows the next person to be charged for the same damage and so on

This business takes advantage of low income college students to the absolute maxUpon signing they say they will do some upkeep such as change the carpets, new walls, etc.,but once someone signs, they will simply keep it delayed another year or do a renovation to the absolute minimumSuch as, only replacing one wall in a room as oppose to all fourThese guys also have the absolute worst properties around campus and still end up taking all of your security deposit or even charging you more every single lease termWe even stated some damage before we moved in and they still stated that we did itThey even threatened to sue us if we didn't pay within a very small window, and once we had a legitimate lawyer look it over, they backed off immediately and still ended up taking our depositNot to mention they will just schedule a showing for your house and not tell anyone and just show up at the property expecting just to be let inI would recommend these guys at an absolute last resortThey are SLUMLORDS!

When the past tenant called she was informing us that there were charges made in error. Woody Investments requested from her, as we do from everyone else, to put any charges being disputed in writing. This past tenant has refused to do so. When this information was given she requested to speak with...

the manager, I informed her that I am the manager and that our policy is for any charges being disputed can be dropped off, mailed or emailed to my office so we can research her claims.

Woody Investments take advantage of the College students in Greeley. They provide an unclean living environment where the appliances and facilities are substandard and not maintained. Mold in the bathrooms and windows held together by staple just to name a few. Finally, after noting all of the faults before signing the lease, upon leaving and requesting the damage deposit return, they list ALL of the issues that were noted as having happened during the lease duration. To say that Woody is crooked would be kind Pleae pass this along so that more college kids aren't taken advantage of.
