This first statement is absolutely false. I have left messages for a [redacted] with whom I have dealt with because I refuse to deal with Mr. S[redacted]'s lack of professionalism and rudeness. The second statement is also false since I have made it known to him that I don't arrive home from work until after 5:00 in the evenings. In June 2015 he increased my rent $20. Then in June 2016, I noticed that there was another increase which was done without any type of notification prior to this. I contacted Mr. S[redacted] over the phone and stated that he couldn't do this without prior notification. I left it alone and continued making my payments of $99.99 until November 2016. Mr. S[redacted] had then stopped my online access, again, without notifying me, and I was unable to make any payments. Since I am unable to get to the storage facility during their working hours, I mailed in a payment in December since he had been harassing me about this increase. He has made this so difficult and is such a liar that I have now gotten legal counsel to try to rectify this ridiculous matter and now he is threatening to auction my belongings at the end of this month because he wants me to pay for the prior increase in addition to bogus late fees since I have proof that I have not been late in any of my payments.
