At this time, I have been contacted directly by RED Renovations, LLC regarding complaint ID 12322989, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Ryan (owner) called me twice He said that he would contact Chris (salesman) and he would schedule an appointment with me to resolve the
issue He also said that the shutters are sometimes a little difficult to lock On Ryan's second call an appointment was made for Saturday, August 26, at 10:a.mwith Chris Ryan stated that he was working a job in Mississippi but would try to make it as well I waited all day Saturday, Sunday and Monday but no one came and I didn't receive any more calls I went back out to try to do it myself, but I was only successful with the the back doors The locks on the windows are very differentThis issue has not been resolved
