Here at ***’s we take great pride in our low prices for customer and our customer serviceI hate that we have a customer not happy with the experience they had at ***’sWe do take over 30+ photos of each vehicle to do our best for customer viewing onlineI do understand that pictures are not the same as seeing a vehicle in personI hate that the vehicle broke down so quickly after the purchaseI can understand the frustration that would come from that for the customerFor that reason we quickly offered to pay the tow bill and repair costWe also offered a loaner car which was turned down by the customerWe also offered to buy the car back or undo the deal which the customer also turned downTo my understanding the customer has the vehicle, it is in working order and they have the title and mvi slip with a temp tagThe title was done properly as dealers do not title vehicles in the dealer’s nameHowever if the customer is uneasy about the purchase I would like stand by my original offer of buying the vehicle back for full purchase price

I am rejecting this response because: I do think they may have been aware of issues with the transmission due to many service bulletins being issued to Dealerships nationwide for their mechanics to be aware ofIf they can offer me a discount on the repair which I have already had completed at another location, because this Dealership did not respond after being contacted, I believe they should offer me a portion of the repair costsThe place I had it repaired made me aware of the fact that there had been upgrades to this particular transmission to keep this from happening again as well as many service bulletinsThe recalls on this vehicle should have also been corrected by Woody's because one of them is considered a safety issue that has caused deaths I believe this Dealership did not act in good faith when selling the vehicle with to uncorrected recalls as well as the transmission issueIf this had been a minor repair such as brakes or an alternator or starter, but it was a major repair costing $to replace a major component of the drive train.
