As it sits the issue regarding the front jack on the trailer has been rectified directly with customerWe are unsure how the jack was damagedOur first attempt was to find a new shroud for the damaged portion of the jackWe were unsuccessful in finding a replacement shroud as they are unavailable, so we provided the customer with a brand new complete jack assembly
Currently the customers warranty ended on June 25, and is almost one year past the manufacturer warranty coverage timelineWoody's RV World will gladly continue to do our best to work with the customer to find a suitable solution to their non-warranty related roof leak concernsIf the customer so chooses he may contact our Service Manager directly, who he has already been in contact with, to work out a time that is best suited for the customer to drop the trailer offWe look forward to the opportunity at working out a suitable solution directly with the customer
