I took my car to be detailed I have leather seats and I am meticulous about keeping it garage kept and rarely driven When I picked up my vehicle I did not inspect it, as it was pouring out When I got home I notice the leather on drivers side was discolored and appeared someone scrubbed at the leatherI called and spoke to manager who told me to bring car in for them to inspect as they get numerous complaintsI brought the car in and was told they would look at their video and let me know As I never heard from them after a few day I took it upon myself to take it to a leather repair shop which cost me $to repair I rarely complain as I understand we all make mistakesWoody's Wash and Wax did not even take the time to contact me or refer me to a leather repair shop as I was told they would I had to message them only to be advised, per their review, it was not their fault, I will never use this Company again I will also make sure I tell anyone who is looking for a good place to get car washed or detailed not to use this Company

Took my new car there in the beginning of NovemberPaid $20ish for washAt first, I was impressed because they were taking their time to dry and clean the windows thoroughly, even gave the guy a $tipWhen I got home, I noticed my rear windshield wiper and arm were broken off and missingCalled right away to inquire no answer, so I left VMDrove back there immediatelyEverything suddenly made sense as to why they took their time to dry my car..I now realized that is why there were three people looking at the back of my car when I was waiting and that is also why they did not pull my car all of the way out of the washing garage for me to get inThey were trying to hide it!
When I drove back and walked in I heard the staff say "Oh thats the girl about the wiper..." The manager acted surprised when I told him about the wiper/arm and said he was "going to try to find it" when I know he was one of the ones inspecting the back my car while I waited earlierNevertheless, he said this has happened to Ford Explorers before in the car wash and his staff did secure it properly and they don't usually fix these things, but that he would order the part and to give it days
I left my name and number and car modelNever received a callCalled a week later and the girl asked for my name and number and car model again and said they were going to order it....(so they hadn't already ordered it..great)Waited about another weeks, called againShe said they had the part now but were going to wait until after Thanksgiving to get the mechanic to install and she would call meIt's almost Christmas now, still waiting on the call
I got it fixed myself at FordAlmost $
I do not recommend this placeThey break your car then they are sneaky and try to hide itManagement also does not follow through with anything that they sayDo not waste your money hereYou will end up with a barely clean car with parts missing
