I am rejecting this response because:cost down qas never discussed.[redacted] would come by and take a quick look to see if its a simple fix like their mechanic jessy did 2 times before. [redacted] came with trailer and took it for about 2 weeks. No phone calls were ever received during these 2 weeks. [redacted] brought cart back with a bill. We were told by [redacted] there would be no charge. We are adding on to our house and this is priority one to our family over a cat that we hardly use. We tell alot of people to stay away from woodys.
Customer called us to look as his cart, we told him we would pick it up and check it out for no charge. He did advise us of personal financial problems at that time, and we did say we would do what we could to keep the cost down. We did call him back and advise him of the problem and what it would...
cost. He gave us the authorization to fix the car and bring back. After receiving the car back he said he wasn't going to pay. He stated that he doesn't use the car and repairing the house was more important than paying for the car and that he was screwed over by the housing contractor. We were going to offer him extended terms, or even a reduced price, but he just hung up. We did do work on the car back in February for something unrelated to this problem.
