Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:i called the business and asked for a price on the sprinkler blowout [redacted] asked how many zones and I advised She NEVER asked about how many back flow systems were on the property I sent an email requesting a confirmation of the $dollar quote She responded by saying yes, if the system had zones the price would be $ The technician never called me to say there was going to be a change to the quote Had he done so, I would have declined the service No honest business undertakes performing additional work without a customers approval After I set this appointment another company called me back and quoted $ I didn't change the appointment but sure would have if I had known they were going to charge $ A customer should always have the right to refuse service, and they didn't provide me that chance probably because they knew this charge was ridiculous Additionally, the owner threatened to sue me if I posted negative reviews This is a mean person who did lie to you when he said I deceived you by not telling him there were back flows First of all I didn't know as it had never been an issue and second they never asked on mentioned this in their WRITTEN quote to me for service I did pay and Mail the check for service and still think it is improper that he billed for unauthorized work performed by their technician Sincerely, [redacted]

We operate following industry standards It is NOT industry standard to have backflow preventers on a sprinkler system It is NOT an industry standard to ask about additional backflow preventers when quoting pricing or booking an appointment It is industry standard to charge additional fees for additional backflow preventers All companies we know of do this If [redacted] had refused the service when we arrived to blow out her system, she would have been liable for the $cancellation fee for not cancelling with 72-hour notice as listed on our website and on our confirmation email to her, which she acknowledged and responded to She would have paid $and received no serviceAgain, bringing up honesty is not reasonable! All of our pricing is on our website for all to see We don’t know how to be any more honest or transparent than thatWith all of this being said, as a gesture of good faith, we would be agreeable to refund $to [redacted] if she removes ALL negative posts on any and all sites she has posted on and agrees to not repost anything negative in the future

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:i don't think I can remove reviews already done I will agree to not post any further negative reviews once a refund of the $is done I did reach out to the guys who did our Aurora house and they advised that the property had both a front yard and back yard backflow and that the costs weren't impacted the Denver property had a front yard backflow and the back yard was buried in the ground and o a manual timer! Good Morning, [redacted] has posted information on social mediaI tried to repair a defective part that was not our fault on several occasions He is implying we did something wrong to break his system & we did not ! The part that broke was damaged before we arrivedThe sprinkler head that broke was on zone & we used the same procedure for that zone as we did on the other zonesThere is no damage to any other parts or zones in the systemWhat happened was there was a defective threads that were all ready stripped out before we arrived I have copied the text from my [redacted] page he wrote which he also wrote on [redacted] review which is full of lies & incorrect informationAs you can see I have tried again to resolve this in good faith with another attempt to get permission to do the repair just needed him to schedule a time this could happenthis was my response to his first review : [redacted] Lets be honest here !!! A sprinkler head came off due to a failure with the threads, on the elbow down in the ground, That is why we could not fix it the day we blew it outYOU demanded it be fixed that day or the following dayAs I explained to you that day we were in the middle of blow outs & booked solid for weeksThis repair would take up to an hour because we had to dig it up & replace the fitting in the ground & we did not have that kind of time in our schedule without running late to everybody else we had already scheduledWe would come back out ASAP, as the system was shut down & longer in useThe repair was not an emergency ! We called you day later when we had a cancellation & were in your area & YOU told us NO do not fix because you wanted to be thereWe have since tried to call you & ALSO have sent E-mails to you trying to get back out to repair the broken headYou have not responded ! We are more than happy to return & fix the broken head if you would simply return our E mails as to a date that will work OR call us at [redacted] .I can verify all attempts I have made to resolve this with phone call records, GPS tracking & E mails I have tried to resolve this in good faith[redacted] was very nasty & used foul language towards my company & I during phone conversation [redacted] has posted & misleading reviews as well as getting his wife who has a different last name for her [redacted] account & other friends to post & give me star reviewsAll in attempt to further hurt my company ratingsIt is very obvious that [redacted] is doing this for no other reason than to be vindictive in hurting my companyIf he was doing this to get his repair done ? I have tried multiple times to make that happen ! In response to complaint # [redacted] submitted 11/21/16: [redacted] contacted us on November 14th to schedule a winterization of her sprinkler system. We scheduled this for the following day, Tuesday November 15th. When scheduling an appointment, we ask specifically how many zones... are on the system. We did provide an email with the rate of 1 to 6 zones for $65.00 and 7-12 zones for $75.00 for this winterization. It is also stated on our website, we charge $65.00 for 1 to 6 zones and $75.00 for 7 to 12 zones. Also, as stated on our website, there is an additional charge for multiple backflow preventers (having to hook up to a system in more than 1 spot). We were misled by [redacted] with inaccurate information regarding her sprinkler system. If we had been told that there were 2 backflow preventers to blow out, we would have been able to advise on the extra charge. Our technicians arrived to winterize the system. There were indeed 3 zones (as stated by the customer), however there were 2 backflow preventers. They must both be hooked up to in order to completely winterize the system. The additional charge is $25.00 for the extra backflow preventer, making the final bill $90.00. We did complete the winterization of the sprinkler system which was requested. Our technicians have a price list based on the pricing on our website. We do not hide or deceive when pricing is quoted. We are the most transparent sprinkler company with pricing in black and white on our website. We do not know of any other sprinkler company that does this. We are also a payment at time of service company. We do not expect payment “up front” as stated in the complaint. However, unless prior arrangements are made, payment in full is expected at the time of service, as is the industry standard and part of our speech when booking an appointment. Our work tickets are preprinted (see attached) and state that invoices not paid within 5 days will incur a 20% late charge. This service call was not paid in full at time of service, and as of today, 11/28/16, [redacted] has not even paid for services rendered. As for the late charge, this applies to every customer who pays more than 5 days after the date of service. We do not feel that we should discount the charge for the additional hook up as this is a standard charge for multiple backflow preventers.

I am rejecting this response because:The account from the business is inaccurate. [redacted] continues to bully and threaten legal action for negative reviews that are a true and accurate account of what happened. This is a common practice for him. He claims to have attempted to contact me, but has not. I spoke to him immediately after to voice my concerns and he was rude and dismissive. He wouldn’t give a timeframe for when the issue would be resolved, and then I never heard from him again. I’ve moved on from expecting him to repair what he has damaged, because I don’t trust his business to do a quality job. I won’t be threatened or bullied by this man who is notorious for this practice.
