I hired and payed Mr. F., owner of Woodys Steel and Pool to resurface my pool, he took the money damaged my pool and never fixed it
Between dates of March 27th and September 8th, Ive given *** over 5000$ for a job that is still not finished. He will not engage in contact or work Initially I contacted Mr. F. in March to resurface my pool at my rental home. We agreed upon a 7,500$ payment for the work to be completed. I gave him 2,500$ dollars upfront on March 27th of 2018, and I gave him 1,500$ on March 11th, and on May 11th I spent 723.95$ on concrete that he should of payed for but could not afford at the time. Mr F. failed to cap off the drain and when the concrete was poured it solidified in the drain and caused another 2000 dollars worth of damage to be done to my pool. After this was done he continued to assure me he would fix the mistake and on numerous occasions told me "he would finish the job this week" as the days went by Mr. F. never showed his face on the property and very rarely responded to text or calls. All of the money was transferred through Zelle money services and I still have records of the empty promises Mr. F. gave me about finishing the job he screwed up from the beginning. Today is September 8th and my pool is still in deplorable condition, I have not received any reimbursement for the unfulfilled job that has been payed for, and the last contact I had with Mr. F. was him telling me to "Go Fk myself" because he was to busy to do the job I hired him for. Since the beginning of our agreement I have not been able to rent out my property due to his lack of work and the conditions of my pool, thus I have lost out on 2000$ dollars a month worth of income that I normally would be making from my rental home. My entire experience with Mr. F. and Woodys Pool and Steel has been very upsetting and I have only lost money since we made our agreement.
