Woody's Wash & Wax

I took my car to be detailed. I have leather seats and I am meticulous about keeping it garage kept and rarely driven. When I picked up my vehicle I did not inspect it, as it was pouring out. When I got home I notice the leather on drivers side was discolored and appeared someone scrubbed at the leather. I called and spoke to manager who told me to bring car in for them to inspect as they get numerous complaints. I brought the car in and was told they would look at their video and let me know. As I never heard from them after a few day I took it upon myself to take it to a leather repair shop which cost me $135 to repair.
I rarely complain as I understand we all make mistakes. Woody's Wash and Wax did not even take the time to contact me or refer me to a leather repair shop as I was told they would I had to message them only to be advised, per their review, it was not their fault, I will never use this Company again. I will also make sure I tell anyone who is looking for a good place to get car washed or detailed not to use this Company.
