This new place bought out about paws where I have taking my dog to get groom for a while now. I drop my dog off on Tuesday and I asked them not to cut his hair short and they said ok. So it was time to go pick up my dog. Well guess what they cut his hair short and then the lady that was taking care of him came up to the desk after I paid and already gave her a tip and told me she don't know how this happen, but she accidentally cut his tongue when she was cutting his nails. *** I said how in the hell did that happen well I don't know? So now you want to be rude about it after you hurt my dog. I will NEVER bring my dog back to this place and I will let everyone know NEVER to take their dog here. I've called and left a message with the lady that answer the phone to have the owner or manager give me a call back ASAP. I drop my dog off to get taking care of and this is the care he gets?
The owner of the dog has been refunded. However, I wanted to let the Revdex.com know, that the person who filed the complaint is neither the owner of the dog nor did she pay for the services that were provided.
