I have used Woolley Fuel for several years now and have had no issues with service. They come in, answer any questions and leave everything clean behind them.

Craig tuned up our oil furnace today. He did a thorough and excellent job.

Woolley fuel has been my oil and furnace company for many years. After the blizzard of 2016, Ed came to set the controls of a newly installed relay switch. Ed P has been here numerous times and is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Our annual service was completed today. Woolley's technician gave me a heads up phone call before arriving on time. Service was completed and the technician was able to leave and return to make an additional repair that was needed on the same day. He was courteous and all work was completed to our satisfaction.

Art did a great job with annual tune-up on boiler. I ask a lot of questions and he is very patient providing great feedback and explanations. As a relatively new, first time homeowner it is reassuring to know what to expect understanding not only the importance of operations & maintenance, but also how and specifically what to do to get the most life out of my boiler as possible. Art D clearly understands the customer's point of view and anticipates needs, addressing concerns proactively and providing a valuable service.

I just had my yearly boiler tuneup by Woolley Fuel. Craig M. answered all my questions in a professional manner. Craig M. also noticed that my water heater is 15 years old and suggested I start planning for a new water heater. He reminded me that Woolley Fuel has a plumbing service. annual boiler maintenance conducted by Art . Employee called to confirm appointment time. professional employee explained what he was doing and any steps I could take to keep the boiler running properly. Thorough inspection and service provided.

Review: Woolley Fuel was contrasted to do maintenance in my air conditioner units, the person who I did the contract with gave me a receipt and never came back to do the job. I have contacted them a couple of times but no one has return my calls and service hasn't yet happened.Desired Settlement: We live in an apartment building where the units have to be cleaned and service before the summer and before the winter. This company said they would so this and never did it. Now I need the units cleaned and service before the heat is turn back on.

Can't say enough good things about Woolley Home Solutions. They always do a great job and come when called, no matter what the weather. They also do a great job of explaining the problem to a lay person, no matter how easy or complicated it is. While Craig has serviced most of our problems over many years, the others that have come here are just as good and they are all SO nice and SO professional. Would recommend them to anyone.

On sunday the day after the blizzard of 2016 I woke up with no heat. We had 29" of snow fall throughout NJ. David came out on that day and fixed my furnance. Woolley Fuel has my oil and furnance provider for many years. They never dissappoint.
