I am rejecting this response because: When I signed the following agreement I stated "I want to pay Month to Month because my daughter is still figuring out what her interest are. I also explained that I did not want my credit card on file which is how this company usually does business regarding payments. My card was never on file because I was paying month to month. Natalie the worker there said "Thats Fine, just sign this agreement so that she will at least be on record as a member here" I said "Ok"
If I knew they would try to turn this around to where when my daughter decided to quit and on the day she quit I brought her in and W[redacted] and Natalie spoke to her and gave her a speech about how it's best to stick with things and not quit and I agreed. If I knew they would try to make me pay after she quit knowing we had a verbal agreement that I would pay month to month because she's still feeling out what her interest are I would have never came to this place.
It's a deceitful move to try and do this, it's not about the money it's the principal and the fact that we had an agreement of month to month payment only. The contract means nothing it was only meant to be signed so my daughter would look as if she was a member there per Natalie the worker there.
I will not pay whatever extra money they are trying to swindle me out of. If they don't want to confess to what the real agreement was that me and my daughter heard Natalie say then so be it. This is their karma.
This entire experience shows how people can become greedy and conniving. I will never suggest this business to anyone. I will have my lawyers deal with the collection company and again will make sure my experience at this company is informed to many.
I will suggest Tiger S[redacted] which does live up to their agreement of month to month without trying to swindle people out of their money if their child decides to quit.

FREE TRIAL CLASS WAS TAKEN. AGREEMENT BREAKDOWN FOR 12 & 18 MOS WAS PROVIDED INCLUDING DETAILS FOR AUTOMATIC BILLING VIA 3RD PARTY BILLING COMPANY. PARENT’S SIGNATURE WAS PROVIDED. AGREEMENT TERMS, TUITON AND CANCELLATION POLICY WAS REVIEWED. PARENT INITIALED & DATED TERMS OF POLICY. AGREEMENT PERIOD 5/2013-5/2014 WAS AGREED UPON. PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED FOR REGISTRATION & 1ST MONTH TUITION. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY QUESTIONNAIRE REVIEWED & SIGNED.
8/2013: SPOKE WITH PARENT IN REGARDS TO DAUGHTER’S STATUS WITH THE KARATE SCHOOL. DAUGTHER DID NOT ATTEND CLASSES FOR THE MAJORITY OF AGREEMENT. AS PER OUR TUITION AND CANCELLATION POLICY, THE INITIAL PAYMENT WAS UNABLE TO BE REFUNDED; HOWEVER, BECAUSE MEMBERS HAVE 30 DAYS FROM THE ENROLLMENT DATE TO WITHDRAW FROM THE AGREEMENT WITHOUT PENALTY, [redacted] DID NOT PURSUE ANY FURTHER FINANCIAL ACTIONS.
9/2014: MOST RECENT AGREEMENT – PARENT’S SIGNATURE WAS PROVIDED. REVIEW OF TUITION POLICY, AGREEMENT PERIOD, & CANCELLATION POLICY WAS PROVIDED IN ORDER TO AVOID MISCOMMUNICATION OR CONFUSION FROM PREVIOUS AGREEMENT. A 6 MONTH AGREEMENT (10/1/2014-4/1/2015) WAS AGREED UPON WITH PAYMENTS MADE DIRECTLY TO THE SCHOOL. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY QUESTIONNAIRE REVIEWED & SIGNED. FOR THIS AGREEMENT AND THIS AGREEMENT ONLY, PARENT EXPRESSED CONCERN REGARDING DAUGHTER’S COMMITMENT TO THE PROGRAM. DUE TO THIS CONCERN, WOOLRIDGES EXTENDED A 6 MONTH AGREEMENT.*

AT THE PRESENT TIME, NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED FOR JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH, AND APRIL OF 2015. AS STATED IN WOOLRIDGES AGREEMENT POLICY, ALL MEMBERS SIGN INTO A BINDING AGREEMENT. IT IS THE MEMBER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO FULFILL THE OBLIGATIONS OF THE AGREEMENT FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION UNTIL THE TIME OF RE-ENROLLMENT. MONTHLY TUITION IS DUE REGARDLESS OF ABSENTEEISM FOR SICKNESS, VACATION, SCHOOL/STATED MANDATED HOLIDAYS, ETC. IF AT ANYTIME MEMBERS ARE HAVING ISSUES BRINGING THE STUDENT(S) TO CLASS, HAVING FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES, OR ARE ENCOUNTERING OTHER MATTERS WHICH MAY AFFECT THE STUDENT’S ATTENDANCE, PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST NOTIFY THE OFFICE. IF NOTIFICATION IS NOT RECEIVED OR PARENT/GUARDIAN IS UNABLE TO BE REACHED, THE OFFICE WILL CONTINUE TO PURSUE FURTHER ACTION AS PER MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT.
