I purchased WoomBIkes for my kids back in 2017 with the premiss of using their up-cycling. Upcycling premiss was to apply 40% of the original price to the new purches. I kept my original box for 2 years specially for this reason and I was very much supportive of the recycling idea.
I just learned that WoomBikes has decided to change their policy and charge thier customers for $59.99 UPCYCLE MEMBERSHIP, a new additional cost to consumer that was not exist when I purchased this bike.
After multiple calls and voice messages I was able to finally speak to customer service. They simply did not wanted to accommodate me what so ever and simply did not care even I reach out to Revdex.com. Or be vocal about my experience on their social media. I spoke to *** and

Thank you for bringing this to our attention - and giving us the opportunity to respond to this complaint. As 3 (three) different customer service associates have told ***, we have never offered membership in our UpCycle program for free. Membership can be added to a bike at time of purchase or up to two (2) years after the original purchase - the cost is the same. *** alleges we have changed this process and only started to charge for UpCycle memberships after his purchase. This is incorrect - we have charged for the membership since we first started our company. I have attached a partial screenshot of another Customer's order with the same purchase date (7/8/2017) as evidence to show that we have indeed - on the very day he purchased his bike - sold UpCycle memberships already.
We have offered *** the opportunity to purchase an UpCycle membership - he not only declined our offer, he was also rather vocal about his dismay. We are committed to treating our Customers with respect and fairness and will gladly renew our offer to sell an UpCycle membership to *** - our price for the membership has not changed since he bought his bike and our Customer Service team will gladly add this on to his account if he would like.

I am rejecting this response because:
I simply disagree with the comment "we have never offered membership in our UpCycle program for free" as one of the customer service member either *** or *** specially told me that membership has been added to their site. showing an evidence of ones previous order is also mis-leading, and can't be verified for authenticity nor when was added to their website. I understand its my claim vs their point of view but as customer I still feel mislead and I don't recall the website did even offer membership back then. even right now I encourage you to watch this video at this link: ***.
Is there a reason Woombike does not even mention the COST of the membership in this video? The ad is very silence about the cost. Obviously YES because they intend to mislead their customers to buy into the idea of the Upcycling and recycling. I have bought 2 bikes from Woombike One #1 and One #3. I used to promote them to other family and friends because I believed their cause; however this can be our last business.
