Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The MINI dealership has stated that the brake pads were installed wrongly causing bad wears and ultimately damaged the vehicleI have attached the work that had to be done by the MINI dealership due to the faulty work that Woori Auto shop has done.When I went into Worri Auto due to the sound, the shop did not mention rotorsThey mentioned to me that the "center bearing" needs to be replaced along with the brake calipers which will total up to $But the dealership could not find anything wrong with the vehicles wheel bearings nor the calipers.If the shop requires receipts for after service, then the shop should be responsible to give out receiptsThe shop boasts of years of quality service, but review of this shop on Yelp.com says other wiseI'm not the first person who feels cheated and lied to from this shop.So, in response, I reject this response Regards, [redacted] ***

Thank you for the letter. It is with regret to be informed in this manner. The customer, *** ***, came to our store to replace the front brake pads.Aftermarket brake pads was replaced upon request. *** mentioned about some brake sound from the car.From our mechanics
diagnose and test drive, they could NOT discover any brake pad related noise.The brake rotor may make some sound when the brake is lightly stepped only due to the rotor wear.We inform *** accordingly. *** needs to show us the other diagnostics for our review to further this claim.For future claims, *** has to bring receipts for any work done by us.As everyone knows, brake pads are just brake pads. There is nothing to be wrongly installed.Please clarify exactly what is CENTER BEARING. The only bearings are in the wheel hub.Internet pictures will show you more about the bearings and the wheel hub. The MINI dealership has stated that the brake pads were installed wrongly causing bad wears and ultimately damaged the vehicle. I have attached the work that had to be done by the MINI dealership due to the faulty work that Woori Auto shop has done.When I went into Worri Auto due to the sound, the shop did not mention rotors. They mentioned to me that the "center bearing" needs to be replaced along with the brake calipers which will total up to $1800. But the dealership could not find anything wrong with the vehicles wheel bearings nor the calipers.If the shop requires receipts for after service, then the shop should be responsible to give out receipts. The shop boasts of 20 years of quality service, but review of this shop on Yelp.com says other wise. I'm not the first person who feels cheated and lied to from this shop.So, in response, I reject this response.
