We write in response to the Revdex.com complaint, dated July **, 2016, initiated by customer *** *** (#***). We have investigated this matter and deny any allegation of wrongdoing *** *** purchased a subscription to *** with yearly billing on March **, 2011. To purchase, *** *** was required to submit an email address for account access and maintenance and he submitted ***The purchase path and Terms of Use clearly and conspicuously disclosed the renewal feature of the subscription. Each year after his initial subscription purchase, *** *** was sent a reminder email (on February **, 2012; February **, 2013; February **, 20**; February **, 2015; and February **, 2016) prior to billing, which email included a link to cancel the subscription On July **, 2016, we telephoned *** *** to discuss this matter and he indicated his desired settlement is a refund for the *** subscription charges made for 20**-2016. Although we disagree with *** ***’s allegations of wrongdoing, as a courtesy and in full settlement of his complaint, we have refunded him the full requested amount, $329.97. If *** *** does not receive his refund credit or requires assistance in the future, we encourage him to contact our Customer Service Manager, Bertha C*** (email: *** *** ***) As we have provided the settlement *** *** requested of us, we believe we have addressed *** ***’s complaint in a satisfactory manner and now consider it resolved. Dear [redacted],   In response to the second notice for the subject complaint, we wish to alert the Revdex.com that we previously telephoned your office about this complaint.  You and I spoke on Monday, May **, 2016 and I explained that, although we would certainly like to assist, we have...

no record of a MLB.tv subscription purchase by the complainant.  I also noted that we telephoned the number provided by the complainant, but found it reaches a different individual, not [redacted].  Without more information and confirmation that he has a subscription with us, we are unable to provide [redacted] with assistance.    Per our discussion, the Revdex.com was to attempt to confirm with the complainant the details of his transaction with MLB Advanced Media, LP and we were to wait for the relevant documentation.  If the customer did not provide documentation, our understanding is that this complaint would be closed and would not negatively affect our Revdex.com rating.   Would you please advise whether or not the complainant has documented his transaction and provided corrected contact information or if the complaint will be closed?   Thank you for your assistance, CJ Widenhouse
