we called Butler heating to come look at it because it would not turn on they said it needed the freon that had leaked outSo of course $to refill it, with the $fee to look at itCome end of February the heater was jot working againThey said they would refill it if it needed refilled for no charge and would come out and look at it and charge no fee if it was the same thingWell turns out the tech said " It only needs tha thermostat changed and will run and work properly", but since he didn't have it with him he would come the next dayThe next day he came said he fixed the thermostat, but should only use it during emergencies because it would spend too much electricityAfter we had paid and he had fixed the thermostat he said oh yeah by the way the compressor is not working very well you might need the whole heating system replaced sooner or laterOk well if we had know there were more issues we wouldn't have spent $on the thermostat knowing the system would need
