$700, leaving a balance of $ Bi-weekly payment of $was schedule until the vehicle was paid off.On April 3, at approximately 3:pm, Ms*** called my dealership, stating that she was in jail and that she wanted to borrow $in order to get out of jail She said that she was pulled over by the police for speeding in the stat of Indiana and that the vehicle was in the impound I said "No" to the loan.I did not hear from Ms*** for approximately weeks She showed up at the dealership, I was busy with another customer, I asked her to wait until I was finished with that customer, so I could talk with her When I had completed my business with the other customer, Ms *** had already left the dealership That was the last time I had contact with Ms***.I am not sure about any of the other events that Ms*** is talking about However, I have contacted my attorney and have instructed him to file charges in Small Claims court to retrieve the balance of $plus any legal fees that is owed on the vehicle If there is any additional information needed concerning this matter, please contact my attorneyMr*** ** ***, Esq ###-###-####. Yes I would like to add that because of the information that was received and because I did follow complaint I am receiving death threats I'm not sure if it's coming from this person but because they have open their mouth and told my business to a mutual acquaintances this thing has gotten out of hand so if he wants to go to small claims court then that is fine I will be contacting my attorney and I will be filing additional charges from the report
