Word of Mouth Painting

We are left feeling taken advantage of, shocked by false accusations, and want to warn others about how Jeff Bean treated us.

I'm appalled by the way he rudely treats customers and gets away with poor workmanship. He did not honor our contract and is refusing to not only finish the contracted project, but to refund half our deposit that was to go towards it. He dragged this out over a year and left us in dismay. I would NOT recommend hiring him.

Per our contract in 2021 he did 2 out of the 3 jobs he was hired for. We paid a deposit that was to be split between the 2 main jobs. He completed the first main job with poor workmanship, but did not return for the second main job. Despite numerous patient and polite attempts to reach him since then, he failed to respond. Finally he responded, calling us a difficult customer and that he refuses to do the work to fulfill the contract. Furthermore he threatened a restraining order if we continued to try to contact his business.
After now reading other reviews, he has done this to others and will continue to do so. Please beware.

Custumer was very rude on the last day of the job over a door that wasnt painted Told he I would personally do it when I came back into townI received down payment through the entire job but yet she couldnt trust me for one day? The guys picked up there ladders and were supposed to do it that day but no one answered the door or they just didnt do it So of course I was there the next day just like I said Id be and did what she wantedStull puzzled and surprised that she acted like this A month ago I receieved another rude text asking if I was going to fix some new touch ups or threatning to have another contractor do it on the very first textAgain VERY suprised and caught off gaurd why someone would act this way I didnt respond because I dont respond to that sort of nonsense Ive been in the busniess a long time and unfortunatly I know what drugs/alcohol can do to a personDebrah is acting out the symtoms of an alcoholicIts impossible to deal with someone like thatAfter her second reply threatning me over this nickle and dime nonsense I replied that I dont respond to that sort of behaviorI could send someone to touch up but I will not tolerate someone being rude for no paticular reasonShe replied with you deal with the Revdex.com? End of the day there was no warranty so not sure what sort of response shes looking for My only response to her at this point is hopefully she gets some helpSeriously not trying to be funny Gaurantee shes not a bad person and doesnt act like this if she was sober

K***,I reviewed the issues with this complaintNormally this manufacturer does ship within the three day window, but due to unusually high demand throughout the United States these items are in short supply due to lack of partsAll of the major manufacturers are currently running three to four weeks behind at this timeThis was explained to customer when we reached out to the customer after his purchase I personally will investigate the poor customer service outlined in the complaint and make corrections in training as determined
