NM online Community Guide for the one-time fee of $We sent *** a copy of her ad on 5/25/to the email address she provided ***She called our office back the next day at the number provided on her invoiceAnd asked for her business license numbers to be added to the adWe made changes and resent her proof to herAttached is a copy of that emailWe run payment at time of sale and *** was sent an Invoice and receipt for the ad purchaseOur office number is on the top of all our invoicesWe have tried to contact *** on several occasions and have not been able to get in contact with herI am attaching a copy of her ad that we have for her as well as the copy of her invoice that was sent to herAlong with a screen shot of her ad that has been up and running on our website
We use a recorded third party verification system to ensure the sales rep and the customer are in agreement to the ad purchaseThe verifier asked *** "To verify that you agree to the ad purchase, may I ask for something you could remember as a verification code?" *** *** gave Bubba as dogs nameThe charges are owed to us as *** did agree to this purchase and her ad has been up and running since 2/25/

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and I did get a full refund. However, I'm not satisfied with the fact that this company is still trying to say they followed through.I'm not going to go through every little issue because these guys are trying to cover their tracks. Included in the attachments is the screenshot showing Greenville, NC was NOT on their websiteThey added it right after I submitted this complaint!Oh, and there are a ton of complaints just like mine all over the Internet about this company

one-time fee of $300.00. [redacted] was a new customer and it did take our graphics team longer than expected to send [redacted] her ad proof. It normally takes 2-3 business weeks to create the ad because our graphics team is very busy getting everything ready for the 2018 year. (Please note that the time the ad is running for starts when the ad is approved by the customer.) We sent [redacted] her ad on November 7th and on November 8th she requested changes. Our graphics team then made the changes and sent [redacted] the revised ad proof that same day. On November 9th [redacted] replied: “100x better!  I appreciate you taking the time to re-do this. It looks great! I am pleased with your response on this matter and hope to continue working with you in the future.  Thanks, [redacted]” At that time our graphics department put [redacted]’s ad on the website. [redacted] then emailed our company again on December 8th with a complaint about her services. At that time the Manager whom she had spoken with previously tried to call [redacted] to try and resolve the issue. After several attempts and no answer or response. The manager then sent [redacted] an email letting her know that we were trying to contact her to resolve the issue. She stated that she would not speak with anyone over the phone and that she wanted everything in writing. At that time, we gave [redacted] a Full refund and sent her a receipt via email. I will attach the receipt, all emails, a copy of her ad as well as a pdf the post cards we sent out. We normally charge a $150 cancelation fee if our graphics team has already created an ad. We waved that fee for all of the confusion. We will also leave [redacted]’s ad up and running on our website for 6 months free of charge. Our website is legitimate, and we do have a professional graphic design team. Our company is not a scam. We go above and beyond to make sure our customers are completely satisfied. I will look into why our address is incorrect on the Revdex.com website. [redacted] should not have been called by our company to renew her advertisement because it was not ready to be renewed. There are other companies that do similar products like ours, she may have been contacted by one of them. We have also put [redacted] on our do not call list. her ad. We did give [redacted] a free ad on our on line guide. Also I will attach a copy of the ad we used. She stated in her complaint that her business name was spelled wrong. She never mentioned this to us and it appears spelt correctly to me. Usually we charge $150 cancelation fee if we have already had our art department create the ad. In this case she did receive the product normally we would not issue any refund at this point but I have refunded [redacted] her $400.00 because we go above and beyond to make sure our customers are completely satisfied. I received an email from Word of Mouth Products, Inc. on July 2nd at 11:07 am stating the $400 would be returned to my credit card. As of today the credit is not reflected. I will check daily and if it does not show up, I will reopen the case. Thank you for your assistance. [redacted]

Our company contacted Sammy [redacted] on 11/1/2017 regarding advertising. new customer and the proofing process can take several weeks. So, for new customers we tell them that their ad will be up and running within a month from the purchase date to allow time for the ad proofing process. On November 18, 2017, Sammy Emailed us asking about her proof. On November 20, 2017, we sent Sammy her proof. Sammy requested a couple changes and the graphics department make the changes and then Sammy Approved her ad proof. As soon as the ad proof has been Approved we put it up on the website. The ad has been up and running since November 21, 2017. That ad can be found at https://wordofmouthinc.net/960-2/south-dakota/pennington-county/. Our Regional Manager called Sammy on 3/22/18 to discuss the issue. Sammy stated she was upset because she had sent an email on December 2, 2017 asking when and where her ad will be placed. The Regional manager told Sammy she would investigate the situation and give her a call the following day. The email had been opened but was not responded to. The regional manager called Sammy back on 3/23/18 and told her that because of all the confusion we would refund her the total amount of $200.00 and keep her on the Rapid City/ Pennington County SD online map page for the duration that her ad would have ran for. Normally we charge $150 cancelation fee, but because we were at fault for the confusion, we went ahead and gave her a full refund. Sammy stated that this resolution was satisfactory. I have attached all Documents.
