Unbelievably disappointed in the lack of professionalism and accountability that Wordans has I have been in business for yrs, doing large quantities of promo items such as Tshirt etc Wordans was full of promises & deadlines not to mention poor quality workmanship To begin with the order which was paid in full was weeks lateWhen someone finally returned my calls or answered my emails they gave my a dozen different delivery dates which not one was correct or followed through withI had to deal with different employees, each one had a different excuse as to where & why my order had not been completed yetI wrote a formal complaint to the President -Eric, however he is far too important to deal with issues from customers In the end & now weeks later I receive my productThe sizes are incorrect & the workmanship is unbelievably poorSo poor that I can not sell them even if they were the correct size Wordans continues to verbally apologize & wants to do the order again however Why would I go through this again? So my product will take another weeks? Or so I promise my customers they will have their product by a certain date and have to go back on my word to my own customers? Or how about spend more time on a simple order that was promised to me in days? Wordans has yet to recognize nor offer to give any form of compensation for my time, inconvenience and stress this has caused Truly a company that can not handle medium sized order nor understand that consumer trust should be valuedI would highly advise perspective customers to read reviews and do their homework before choosing Wordans

Unbelievably disappointed in the lack of professionalism and accountability that Wordans has.
I have been in business for 13 yrs, doing large quantities of promo items such as Tshirt etc.
Wordans was full of false promises & deadlines not to mention poor quality workmanship.
To begin with the order which was paid in full was 6 weeks late. When someone finally returned my calls or answered my emails they gave my a dozen different delivery dates which not one was correct or followed through with. I had to deal with 3 different employees, each one had a different excuse as to where & why my order had not been completed yet. I wrote a formal complaint to the President -Eric, however he is far too important to deal with issues from customers.
In the end & now 6 weeks later I receive my product. The sizes are incorrect & the workmanship is unbelievably poor. So poor that I can not sell them even if they were the correct size.
Wordans continues to verbally apologize & wants to do the order again however Why would I go through this again? So my product will take another 6 weeks? Or so I promise my customers they will have their product by a certain date and have to go back on my word to my own customers? Or how about spend more time on a simple order that was promised to me in 10 days? Wordans has yet to recognize nor offer to give any form of compensation for my time, inconvenience and stress this has caused.
Truly a company that can not handle medium sized order nor understand that consumer trust should be valued. I would highly advise perspective customers to read reviews and do their homework before choosing Wordans.
