I've moved with A to B twice, and they have been amazing on both occasionsMeesh goes above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate her clientsI had a problem with my dates, at the last minute, on my second move, and she spent days going over the schedule, and in the end managed to make it work even better than I could have hopedThe movers have been great - professional, friendly, competent, and carefulThe company has taken great care with my belongings - I've never had anything broken or damaged or missing - and as mentioned I've had several moves with them, and stored my things in their warehouse for a few monthsI highly recommend A to B moving

A to B: Absolutely Brilliant and Above & Beyond! Thank you so much to Patrick and Bryan for a fabulous move! They arrived exactly on time, came in and organized what could only politely be called chaos, packed all of my worldly goods down a driveway that resembles a hill in San Francisco, arrived quickly and safely at my new home, calmed me down when I realized the carpets hadn't been cleaned yet and I wouldn't be able to put anything on them for two days, and relocated everything to spaces that would keep my possessions safe and dry! The guys were both fast, efficient, polite, communicative, great in a crisis, didn't grumble at my awkward packaging of things like The Leg Lamp or a camel saddle, watched out for Miss Kitty who is 100% deaf and likes to be underfoot, and never seemed to stop working!!! I moved from [redacted] to [redacted] on [redacted] To search for moving companies, I looked at website design, [redacted] search placement, [redacted] the Revdex.com, [redacted] etc I settled with atobmoving atobmoving had an intuitive moving calculator I had a rough idea of what price to expect (no hidden fees) That final price was close to the estimate from the calculator Going further again, they are Revdex.com Torch award finalists: Aside from the seemingly positive reviews, they were the only ones that are very attentive and detailed in emails Some companies stopped replying, weren't precise, and/or gave oddly low estimates I had some general questions for atobmoving on November I emailed again on July 2016, and my previous information was remembered I mostly corresponded with [redacted] (now ***?) [redacted] answered all my questions, and was very considerate e.g By my own fault, I missed a voice email from the driver, but I got a response on the weekend, even though they didn't need to send it Daniel did some slick one-handed duct-taping with the moving blankets The other movers were cordial and great I'm sure that the majority of moving companies would get the job done, but atobmoving was the only company that far stood out in terms of email communication and conduct, which is one of the first impressions

I used A to B Moving to shift my goods from one city to another I was careful to request a comprehensive estimate, and the actual cost came in slightly below the estimate The estimate itself was quite a bit less than the one I received from another company My move involved picking goods up from two locations, one of which was on the third floor of a building with no elevator The movers arrived on time, were cheerful, worked quickly and efficiently but without being so concerned with speed that they took risks with themselves or my goods Two items were broken in the move â one had been broken before and repaired (but not very well, it appears), and the other was a jar of jam Amazingly little damage, as far as I'm concerned I was very happy with the way this company handled my move at every step of the process, and will recommend them when I have a chance
After confusion with another moving company left us without movers just days before we needed to move, A to B Moving were able to accommodate us and moved us without a hitchIt was a temporary office move, necessitating some furniture being moved to storage, some to a temporary office and some to a couple of home officesThe moving team was professional and courteous and incredibly willing - taking all the different locations under their belts and accomplishing everything smoothlyThey helped to reduce our stress on what was an incredibly chaotic day

A to B moving took 4.5 hours to move the same amount of stuff a shorter distance than I have ever moved before. They took a smoke break part way through and charged me for it. I witnessed one of the two movers texting on his cell phone instead of working on two occasions and am unsure how many times he did it when I wasn't looking. I phoned to complain and the representative expressed concern but of course did nothing about it.
They broke a particle board book shelf as a result of stacking it upside down. They gave me $** off my bill so that I could fix it myself. I was happy with that and accepted it. I was also told by the texter that that was a good deal because according to policy they don't cover particle board at all.
When I complained about being charged for the smoke break and texting I got no call back and received no compensation.
AtoB agreed to provide a specific service and at first appeared to be quite accommodating and helpful. The movers that arrived and did the move out were quick and efficient but were not truthful in their promise to "Just go for a break" while we waited to get possession of our new home. As it turned out our movers went to help with another job and did not complete our move on the same day as was the agreement with AtoB. We ended up having to stay in a hotel because all of our things, including our bed, were locked up on the truck. In a discussion with the office I was informed that the decisions and comments I made of having a back up plan were the reason for not getting our things until 12pm the following day. I would never recommend this company as they say they will do one thing and then do another.
