Words From The Wise

Received gift from Words From The Wise LLC as a Christmas gift in 2017. It was a tank top and I was unable to wear it until summer weather arrived in Cincinnati, OH. After wearing and washing (per label instructions) the shirt only a couple of times, part of the decal began to fall off. I contacted the company via the e-mail address provided on the website on 5/22/18, and included a photo of the damaged shirt. Tim C responded very quickly, apologized for the defect and told me he would send me a new shirt. It took a little over a week for him to do so, but I did finally receive a new shirt.

The second shirt had an issue the very 1st time I washed it! The decal on the front of the shirt seemingly glued itself to itself. It is all puckered and won't pull apart. The shirt is unwearable. On 6/12/18, I e-mailed Tim again (including a photot) to let him know of this defect, offering to ship the shirt back so he can see the issue, after he mails me a new replacement shirt. I received no response.

On 7/10/18, I e-mailed Tim again, asking him to either send me a new shirt or refund my money. I have not received a response to that outreach either.
