Review: I received a phone call for SAT ACT software for my son to use to prepare for the exam. The man on the phone stated that I had a money-back guarantee. I could cancel at any time and receive a full refund and cancel future installments. Yet when I phoned the company today at around 1:00 p.m. eastern time, the lady on the phone was harsh and told me under no condition could I return the unopened software or stop the next shipment that to date I have not received. Yet I have been charged for it. She would not refund any of my money or provide the "return authorization number" as stated in the cover letter of the software shipment to return their product.Desired Settlement: I desire a full refund of the cost for this software and the next installment in my bank checking account. I wish to return the company's unopened and unused software and the other one she statement was being shipped to the company in exchange for my full refund.
